Speedy deletion nomination of List of senior career goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo[edit]

Hello, Statistics Geography,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username John B123 and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, List of senior career goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo, for deletion, because a consensus decision previously decided that it wasn't suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. If you wish to restore a page deleted via a deletion discussion, please use the deletion review process instead, rather than reposting the content of the page.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|John B123}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

September 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm IamNotU. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Igbo people, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I also noticed that you have made numerous other changes to populaiton figures without citing sources, and in many cases removing existing sourced content and references without explanation. Please be sure to use an edit summary to explain the reasons for adding or removing content. Thank you. IamNotU (talk) 17:13, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm IamNotU. Your recent edit(s) to the page Religion in the Democratic Republic of the Congo appear to have added incorrect information, so they have been removed for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Your changes to the numbers are clearly contradicted by the existing source, and appear to be fabricated. IamNotU (talk) 17:39, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Tutsi, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. In these edits: [1] you again removed a citation and changed the numbers, without providing a new citation. IamNotU (talk) 22:46, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Tuareg people, you may be blocked from editing. Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Yoruba people. In these edits: [2], you made unsourced and unexplained changes to population figures that contradict the existing sources. It appears that a percentage figure was taken from the existing source and applied to a total population figure from another source, which is not cited, to reach a new conclusion that is not found in the original source. If so, this is also original research that is not permitted, see WP:SYNTH. Also, you removed again sourced content without sufficient justification, when you have seen that others do not agree with the edit, see WP:BRD and WP:EDITWARRING. IamNotU (talk) 23:50, 20 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Statistics Geography, I understand that you are trying to help improve Wikipedia in good faith. But you have been consistently breaking the core content policies, especially WP:V and WP:NOR. It is not acceptable to add original content based on your own knowledge or analysis. If this continues it will lead to you being blocked from editing, in order to protect Wikipedia from damage. In addition to the above, I noticed this edit: [3], with the edit summary: Population of Rwanda=12 952 218 https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/rwanda-population/ Population of Burundi=11 890 784 https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/burundi-population/ Rwanda Population*0.15 = Numbers of Tutsi Burundi Population*0.14 = Numbers of Tutsi For Rwanda 1.9 millions And for Burundi 1.6 millions. In this case it is very clear that it is WP:SYNTH, which is not allowed. You are taking current population figures from worldometers.info, and combining them with uncited percentage figures that appear to come from outdated CIA World Factbook figures, to calculate population figures that are not found in either of the sources, nor verifiable in any other published source. Furthermore, it is not adequate to cite a source only in your edit summary, it needs to be added to the article, preferably with inline citations. I hope you will take this seriously. If you again make unsourced changes or add original research, you will most likely be blocked from editing. --IamNotU (talk) 00:49, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Changing population figures without changing source[edit]

Hello. Please stop changing population figures without changing the reference to the source, like you did here. If you have updated figures from a different source to the one cited, you should change the source as well as the population figures. Cordless Larry (talk) 07:02, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for October 12[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kinshasa, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page DCMP. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:48, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

2020–21 Botola 2 moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, 2020–21 Botola 2, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your draft article, Draft:2020–21 Botola 2[edit]

Hello, Statistics Geography. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "2020–21 Botola 2".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! CommanderWaterford (talk) 16:43, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
