The article Association of Grace Baptist Churches (South East) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of satisfying Wikipedia's notability guidelines. No independent sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. @JamesBWatson: please can you confirm if the updates meet the requirements and if the proposal for deletion can be removed? I am happy to locate additional sources in order to fulfil the notability requirements. I had expected the initial document to be a draft version and was surprised it was a live edit. My other article has been a draft one and I hope it will be accepted for inclusion. I appreciate the need to fulfil the minimum requirements for Wikipedia inclusion, and believe that the additions are note worthy and am keen to obtain all and any sources necessary to demonstrate the right for inclusion. October 2016[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Closed communion, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Melcous (talk) 11:03, 8 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Melcous. I did add a reasons under the Talk for the removal of the Maintenance Template. The reasons listed on the template state "This article needs additional citations for verification. (June 2012)" & "This article possibly contains original research. (June 2012)". However there are clearly many citations, of which 26 references are quoted. The second aspect would seem to be directly linked to the first. Given the age of the maintenance notice as being June 2012 it seemed out of date. Please let me know what the article specifically needs and maybe I can take a look at the article in more detail and see if it can be duly improved. Stephen Challen 16:49, 8 October 2016 (UTC)

Hi Steve, yes sorry I didn't see that. It would be helpful to summarise the reasons in your edit summary, or just say for example, "See reasons on the talk page" etc. Cheers, Melcous (talk) 21:08, 8 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
