Hello

I had a look at the article for you. The most obvious issue on first glimpse was the layout and referencing style, but I have corrected the references, and have attempted to change the article around for you. But please feel free to make additional edits and changes is you're unhappy with it.

There are, however, additional issues beyond that. The key one is Wikipedia's notability criteria, which you can read at Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). Obviously not everyone or everything can have an article; thus the subject has to meet that criteria.
The other big issue is the promotional tone of the article. Articles need to be neutral in the way it imparts information, and parts of the article veer too close to the tone of advertising. Claims of being unique, for example, need to be specifically referenced. And remember to use a world view: unique and a first in America may not necessarily be unique and a first world wide.
