Speedy deletion nomination of STREM HQ[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

A tag has been placed on STREM HQ, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Hello, Stremhq. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. There have been two problems identified with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Several points to make here. First and foremost, let me say that our primary objective is to get you editing to our mutual pleasure and enjoyment. To that end, the first thing to do is get unblocked. Your reason for the block is your username, which is not acceptable. A username must not be the name of any organization or company. Please re-apply, using {{unblock-un}}. Add in the request a reasonable answer to Blade of the Northern Lights's question. In answer to the question you posted on my talk page; the text of the article you created consisted of some initials only, without any textual amplification, and it was created in your userpage, which is not the right place in which to create articles. I did not delete it until it had sat there for a quarter hour. Certainly an article on this topic is in principle acceptable, although it must be created with regard to conflict of interest policy and to notability. It is better to create your draft article in articles for creation. Click on the link and you are taken to an explanatory page. One thing I forgot; in case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button

located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
