Rajputs[edit]

I really enjoyed reading the sections you worked on the Rajput page. Glad to see you are proud of your Rajput heritage and trying to maintain the history of our community's contributions in different realms of India's rich history.

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 18:08, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Banda Bahadur[edit]

Can you provide the name of the book written by Bhai kahan singh nabha on Banda bahadur. It is required for citation in Banda Bahadur. It would be nice if you could provide as much information as possible on the book , original year, publisher ( If any ) etc., so that a proper citation can be given .ThanksAjjay (talk) 07:32, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reply[edit]

I do not want to block you, and I do not want to delete the article. In fact, I have spent a lot of time researching to find sources for the article and make statements to defend it. But you are not allowed to remove the delete tag from the article. When the deletion discussion ends (probably another day or two) then an administrator will remove the tag. You are not allowed to remove the dispute tags from articles, either. They are there for a reason and it is not for you to decide who has the right to use them. Leave all the tags alone and be polite to other people and I won't block you. Kafziel Complaint Department 16:36, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

minor edits[edit]

Thank you for your contributions. Please remember to mark your edits as "minor" only if they truly are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. --Profitoftruth85 (talk) 20:02, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

September 2010[edit]

Please do not add defamatory content to Wikipedia, as you did to Banda Singh Bahadur, especially if it involves living persons. Thank you. Fly by Night (talk) 11:28, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did to Rajput. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Fly by Night (talk) 11:25, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

November 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Minhas. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Sikh Rajputs, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 06:23, 20 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

March 2012[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Sikh Rajputs. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Muhandes (talk) 17:29, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at User talk:Sitush, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:12, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey how about wp:BITE, this fellow is 407 edits old.[1] Couldn't you explain to him what Wikipedia is instead? I'm at the moment drowned in RL issues so unlike last time I'm not going to be around too much. Good luck. Yogesh Khandke (talk) 16:09, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • They've been here since 2006. Whether they've been here regularly or not is irrelevant - they've had plenty of time to actually read every policy there is, and the way they attacked Sitush is inappropriate for anyone, regardless of experience. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
