Nomination of Dead Rising 3 for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Dead Rising 3 is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dead Rising 3 until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Haruth (talk) 00:49, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Page deletion[edit]

I created a page, but it is cosidering deletion, and I didn't like it either, so I put up a criteria for speedy deletion sign on the top of the page, but i'm not sure if I was supposed to do that. What do I do?

Yes, that was quite right, adding {{db-g7}} (or {{db-author}}) is the way to request deletion of a page where you have provided substantially all the content. I have deleted the page and closed the deletion discussion. Two pieces of advice: it's best to add new contributions to a talk page at the bottom of the page, that's where readers will look for new items; and it helps if on talk pages you sign your contributions so that people know who said what when, by ending them with four "tilde" signs, ~~~~, which the system will turn into a signature with your username and the time and date, like this: JohnCD (talk) 18:57, 22 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
