Hey Swati, I went through your article and also looked for similar articles on wikipedia and I found Nutrition and pregnancy is the closest match. So even if you continue with your article someone else might come and delete it.

So my first hand suggestion is if you can start working on Nutrition and pregnancy, it will give you a kick start. Currently it's more of written like an essay but you can surely improve it by adding more subsections, picture etc.

In short "Yes", because even if you continue writing it, someone will delete it later on, so good idea is to start working on the existing article and make it better by adding more subsections and pictures etc.

One more thing, don't call me "Sir" :)

The image is identical to the one on [1], a site that does not say you are allowed to copy items from it. Therefore, wikipedia policy prohibits you from copying from it--no exceptions, and it will be shortly deleted.
