Welcome![edit]

Hello, SweetiePieGirly, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits to the page Giggles (Happy Tree Friends) did not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may have been removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations verified in reliable, reputable print or online sources or in other reliable media. Always provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to The Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Again, welcome.  Kleuske (talk) 18:47, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Giggles (Happy Tree Friends), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Kleuske (talk) 18:48, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Giggles (Happy Tree Friends), you may be blocked from editing. Kleuske (talk) 18:56, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

But what did I do wrong? SweetiePieGirly (talk) 18:57, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You added an article based on nothing but your own perceptions of the character, without even hinting at a source. This is Wikipedia, an encyclopedia, not a workshop on creative writing. Kleuske (talk) 19:02, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
But most of my writing on that page was true SweetiePieGirly (talk) 19:05, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
WP:TRUTH and WP:Verifiability are completely different things. And they are different from WP:Notability.
If you are, as I now suspect, quite young, please leave editing Wikipedia to the grown-ups. Kleuske (talk) 19:23, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I’m 13 and that’s a teenager SweetiePieGirly (talk) 19:31, 12 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Kleuske This is a very condescending remark. Wikipedia is open to everyone, and telling a user they should refrain from editing due to race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or similar is against Wikipedia's guidelines. Please refrain from making such comments in the future and review Wikipedia:Civility and Wikipedia:Etiquette. Thank you. -- Primium (talk) 01:12, 20 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You are right. That was uncalled for. Apologies. Kleuske (talk) 15:15, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
