Thanks for helping to expand the articles about Desert Fathers and anchorites that I had created. Just be sure to follow Wikipedia Manual of Style guidelines. Advice for book citations[edit]

Hey I noticed that you are a relatively new user in terms of edit count. You have made some good and interesting articles and I just want to tell you about an easier way to handle book citations. You can put the sources into a "Works cited" section and have them called upon within the text (example: The Only Game in Town (film)). I could do it for Council of Constantinople (843) as another example. I learned how to do it a year ago and it made editing far more easy. Jon698 (talk) 01:53, 15 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Swehlam: I did the edit to the page. I noticed that some of the book citations did not have page numbers. I would advise to always do that and the "p=" in the citation template easily allows you to do so with each specific callback. Jon698 (talk) 15:18, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
