Patent/trademark[edit]
Swingers Date Club makes a lot of noise about it's trademark. Not like Wikipedia is all that interested in whether someone holds a trademark as a measure of their includability in the 'pedia, but trademark with serial number 78526726, for Swingers Date Club, has status DEAD/Abandonded with the USPTO.
It's also not an exclusive mark. There are half a dozen other SDC trademark holders.

- Stephanie D Capsolas
- a debit card company that doesn't indicate why SDC relates to them, but they registered it.
