Declining. The draft cites a number of sources, but does not cite the level of in-depth, independent coverage needed to establish Sillman as meeting WP:NBIO. Too many of the sources cited are WP:PRIMARY (based around quotes or outright interviews, and as such not intellectually independent) or only mention the subject in passing; the NYT source is a good example, as its is a one-word mention Sillman. More coverage is needed to show how the subject is notable when separated from more notable entities he is affiliated with.
