Wikipedia's complex pages confuse me a little, so I sent this message a few times in different ways to make sure you could see it.
The reasons for rejection are ridiculous. GNU Moe is software. I quoted GNU Moe's official website in reference. There are detailed software documents and source code download addresses on its official website. I don't know what is more reliable source than the official website for a software.
Judging from the reviewer's personal homepage, the reviewer's professional field is history. And this is a software entry. Giving empty, unconstructive comments on articles in a different field is a very poor review response.
I don't think the reviewer would like his history paper to be sent to a physicist for review. Not to mention the opinion of physicists is to add more mathematical formulas. TaiXuan91 (talk) 05:41, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would encourage you to consider reviewing Wikipedia's policies and guidelines a bit more, many of which are accessible from this page. One very useful page for you might be this one on writing your first article. Please refrain from personal diatribes; see Wikipedia's civility policy here. ~ Pbritti (talk) 05:46, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
