I have changed the speedy deletion reason to copyright violation. I see you have already had one article deleted as a copyright violation. This monument is notable, and it would be nice to have an article about it here on the English Wikipedia. But you must not copy text! It is a legal violation for us to publish texts (or images) that are copyright violations. Please read this page. You must summarise the information in your own words. My block should be lifted because I have to make some corrections & upload some photos on the page & I want to add more information on the page & in future I will keep in mind not to copy text from other website. I will collect the information first then I will write it in my own composition with more responsiblity.

I'm sorry, but I have seen so many cases where copyright law on Wikipedia was misunderstood (and it frequently is), that I am going to need a more substantial response than that.
