References[edit]

Hi, Tangjai1234! I'm That Tired Tarantula. I noticed how in NGC 3985, you asked for help with adding references; here's how.

  1. Make sure that any sources that you would like to use are reliable.
  2. Click "edit."
  3. Make sure that you are in the visual editing mode (you can add references through source editing, but it's usually easier to start creating citations with the visual editor).
  4. Click the button at the top of the article that says "cite."
  5. Fill out the information for the source.
  6. Save the citations and publish changes.

Please note that there are other styles of citations and that citing things can be more complex sometimes; see this guide to citations for more information. Hope this helps! That Tired TarantulaBurrow 06:53, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sh2-153 moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Sh2-153. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Chaotıċ Enby (talk · contribs) 08:54, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Signing in article space[edit]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I've noticed that you have been adding your signature to some of your edits to articles, such as the edit you made to NGC 3985. This is a common mistake to make and has probably already been corrected. Please do not sign your edits to article content, as the article's edit history serves the function of attributing contributions, so you only need to use your signature to make discussions more readable, such as on talk pages or project pages such as the Teahouse. If you would like further information about distinguishing types of pages, please see What is an article? Again, thank you for contributing, and enjoy your Wikipedia experience! Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 12:58, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
