Gluten-free diet

Hi, welcome to wikipedia! Sorry I changed some of your edits. I'm not sure what relevance "freshness" has to gluten. Obviously fresh food is better but I don't think freshness is related to gluten content. If you have a good medical source for this please add it to the article. As for plurals, fruit and meat are uncountable nouns so they don't need the plurals. I hope I haven't discouraged you from further edits! Bhny (talk) 20:20, 24 June 2014 (UTC)
