Feedback on Donnel Baird[edit]
Hi @TaranMann510, Gstevens95: Nice work on your draft for Donnel Baird so far! I have some feedback for you as continue to develop your work.
Sources & Inline citations: Remember, everything you add to Wikipedia needs to be supported by references to reliable sources at least 3 - 5 sources that are about the topic. Currently you have no inline citations, which makes it difficult for readers to verify factual statements in your article. Every statement should be followed by a supporting citation; if a group of sentences are all supported by the same source, you can place a single reference after all of them, but you need to have at least one reference per paragraph, and you shouldn't have any statements after the final reference in a paragraph. If you need a refresher on how to add citations, please consult this training module.
Here are some additional reliable sources on Donnel Baird that I encourage you use in your draft:

You can also go ahead and delete the sandbox template box, and remove the guiding headers like "lead" and "article draft."
Writing style and tone: Keep in mind, your writing for Wikipedia will summarize what other people/sources have said about a topic, so that a Wikipedia reader can get an overview of the current thoughts and understanding of that topic(in this case Donnel Baird). The goal is to provide a neutral, fact based summary of the topic at hand, not to persuade the readers on any opinion.
A good example that I like to use as reference is the Wiki article on Marsha Rhea Williams. Take a look at it for guidance on how to structure the text, header organization, and neutral writing style and tone.

- Well done on your contribution draft! I went in and fixed some formatting issues. Some feedback:
- Sources: Remember everything you add to Wikipedia needs to be tied directly to a secondary, independent of the topic, reliable source. You used a lot of sources, but most of them aren't independent of the topic, in this case Baird. Please go in and use the Times article and the NPR in order to help support the topic's notability.
- Lead section: From the lead section, I think it's best if you removed the sentence about his education and move to the education section.
