August 2020[edit]

Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Shrek 2. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Geraldo Perez (talk) 18:51, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Where are my commentary, own point of view or personal analysis? All information is referenced in the provided source material. Thank you. TaurenMoonlighting (talk) 20:25, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
See WP:SYNTHESIS for what you were doing. You made an assertion and put together an essay that basically consisted of a list of cultural allusions used in the story to support it. Geraldo Perez (talk) 20:30, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I restored the previous version of the article, so it isn’t my personal analysis. I know the WP rules. Do you mean the statement regarding Disney movies in particular? If so, will it be O.K. to point out that Shrek 2 parodies and makes references to various films and pop culture? That’s what the source material says. Thanks. TaurenMoonlighting (talk) 20:40, 12 August 2020 (UTC) Edit: I hope it’s O.K. now. Thank you for the comment. TaurenMoonlighting (talk) 21:30, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

December 2023[edit]

Hello, I'm AgisdeSparte. I noticed that in this edit to Senate Pact 2023, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. AgisdeSparte (talk) 11:46, 21 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
