REMOSTARS FC

The club was founded in the year 2004 as a grass root football club, mainly as a platform for recreational activity for youths in the Ketu area of Lagos State of NIGERIA.

Back in those days, we were playing only in the F A Cup and other grass root competitions like SENATOR MAMORA CUP etc.

In the year 2010, we graduated into playing in the Nigeria National League which is the second Tier of football in Nigeria. The club was then known as FC DENDER of LAGOS.

REMO STARS FOOTBALL CLUB moved to its current base of REMOLAND, one of the four divisions in OGUN STATE of NIGERIA in the year 2011. The club has its own camp at Ikenne-Remo and plays its home matches at the 6,000 capacity GATEWAY INTERNATIONAL STADIUM Sagamu-Remo. The club enjoys a lot of followership from the Remo area being the only Professional football team in the entire division and one of the two pro-teams in the state. The other by the way is the State Government owned team.

The club scouts for young players from across the entire country and develops them into professional league players. All our players get their first league registration from our club thereby making us the club with the youngest team.

The club has as its major strength, the youthfulness of its team and the fact that its Board of Directors has remained the same over the years thus ensuring continuity.
