Response by me: Well this is a bot so it is prone to error if it's strict rules or comprehension abilities are not satisfied. In the submission I clearly (to a human at least) showed the owner released all claims to the photograph except for commercial gain and only if attribution was given, which I gave. His wishes and personal statement was copy and pasted and included in the submission.

Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. Hello, Telekenesis. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
