Genocides in history[edit]

I have removed you recent addition to genocides in history because there was no cited reliable sources included stating that the American actions in Iraq are a genocide. --Philip Baird Shearer (talk) 07:01, 19 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

December 2022[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Haploidavey. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Spartacus, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Haploidavey (talk) 06:56, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry to say it, but it's up to the editor of material to find appropriate sources; we cannot use Wikipedia or Wkipedia articles as reliable sources, because anyone can edit them (QED). In other words, we cannot assemble Wikipedia articles from copies or bits of other Wikipedia articles, least of all without acknowledging the source for the copying. Please see WP:copyright, WP:RS and WP:Verifiable. Please also read this policy discussion, Wikipedia:Trivial mentions, and WP:Trivia. WP:Original research and mere mentions in a source will not do. Please post criticisms or suggestions for any specific article on the article talk page, rather than here or my talk page. Thanks Haploidavey (talk) 07:18, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
