From Arjuna history page i saw few things and i would like to clarify

I don't know who Chopra or AKG are but there is a consensus among scholars and academics that the Pune School's version/compilation of the Mahabharata is the earliest (by this I mean with no later additions to earliest texts) and most comprehensive. This is a massive undertaking that is still going on. I have studied the Mahabharata in graduate school.

Hello Thamaragirl. I'm sorry if you feel discouraged and disenchanted. The reason I protected the page was a request on WP:RFPP. I know how frustrating it can be when a page gets protected on WP:the wrong version, as I have had admins do this when there is a very clear right or wrong. However, I have to admit that I have no clue about the topic in hand, so really wouldn't know what is right or wrong.

The best I can suggest is to start a discussion on the talk page and get other people involved - even a WP:third opinion might be sufficient for me to see who is right or wrong, and then the version can be correct. Cheers, Number 5 7 10:42, 3 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thamaragirl, I requested the page protection because it seemed essential; it does not look as if you and the other editor are communicating at all.
