Thanks for uploading File:Task Unit Bruiser Iraq.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or

Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Military budget of the United States. You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. Thanks for the ping. I can't find specific guidelines for the notability of military personnel beyond WP:NSOLDIER, and that reference refers us on to WP:BIO. You're right that Hodne's page seems to have similar sources and notability. Personally I'm an inclusionist and would like to include pages where possible and appropriate, and having achieved the rank of Major General is no mean feat and would seem to roughly equate to being appointed to a names chair professorship, which assumes notability (see WP:PROF). Hi valereee. Just wondering if you have a view about the notability of Brian S. Eifler. I initially declined the draft for lack of RSs (in order to meet WP:BIO). However Thatwhichmay has raised that comparable pages do exist (eg David Hodne). Eifler is a Major General and has received the Defense Superior Service Medal (amongst others) and so arguably he does satisfy BIO.
