Thank you for uploading File:RfA Chart.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

RFA number 4
Hi Paul, I saw that you recently created Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Paul2387 4. You haven't transcluded it yet, so it isn't "live". Can I suggest that you reconsider applying again right now? I mean this in the best possible way; your heart's in the right place, and you want to help out at Wikipedia, but you're seriously very unlikely to succeed right now. Others have recommended you waiting longer and getting more experience, at your last RFAs and at your editor reviews. Apart from anything else, people might think that you're not very good at listening to advice, which probably isn't a good trait for an administrator. You seem to be good at helping out with television-related articles, why don't you concentrate on that for a while, as well as trying to get a bit more experience behind the scenes? Have a look at Wikipedia:Maintenance for lots of work that needs to be done, and helping out at the various help desks would also be good. Regards, --BelovedFreak 11:42, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

Hi Paul2387. I noticed you created a Requests for Adminship page some time ago; I was wondering as to what the status of that request might be. If you are still intent on running for adminship with that RfA, please do let me know; otherwise, I'll go ahead and delete the RfA page for you in about a week or so from today. - Do you have any suggestions on what I should do as I am nsre whether to go ahead and transclude my RfA and let it run it's course or to have it deleted and try some other time. - In my opinion, I'd recommend you not go for a RfA at this point. For a table of numbers, you may wish to reference Wikipedia:Admin coaching/Guidelines. There's no guarantee of passing RfA if you meet these criteria, but I can tell you that most users expect to see such qualifications in a RfA candidate. - I would certainly recommend to hold off with a fourth RfA for now – quite frankly, I see no chance of succeeding at this point, seeing that your last three requests were snow-closed four/five months ago. In particular, starting RfA 3 two weeks after RfA 2 showed a lack of insight into Wikipedia proceedings, and in my opinion the absolute earliest time for a fourth request would be 12 months after your third one, preferably 18 months. - ... and regarding some kind of a progress report card: That's probably not what you want to hear, but there's not really any such thing. Being made an admin on Wikipedia can't be considered an achievement, and there aren't simple requirements you can tick off. Personally, I find that Balloonman's thoughts in "Act like an admin" are very good advice. Don't try to become an admin, just be one. Amalthea 15:53, 26 April 2010 (UTC)
