Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to C15 road (Namibia) and C17 road (Namibia). Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. C Roads in Namibia

Hi TheObservantOne. You must have noticed that I've converted a few of your articles about roads in Namibia into drafts. The problem with them is lack of any reliable source (Google maps is not a reliable source). I feel that there would be one or more government documents about these roads, which you can use in the articles. Hi MPGuy2824, thank you for your comments. I have had a prior dispute, in this instance regarding deletion of pages, and it was overwhelmingly deemed Google Maps can constitute as a reference to the road’s existence.

Regarding government sources or other reliable sources, there is a scarce amount of appropriate evidence for the majority of Namibian highways - to find specific ones for each individual highway is proving a particular struggle. The majority of search results come back with tour guide pages, forums, or business websites.

Is it possible, whilst finding such additional references, that they be moved out of the draft space? I fear if it is not possible to find ‘reliable’ sources for each individual highway, there will be no continuity in coverage on the Namibian highway system - the existence of which can be referenced by Google Maps in that instance.

I found these two maps which you can use for additional sourcing. If you are willing to do the work, then you can even calculate each road's length and put it in the article. That said, C32 road (Namibia) should not have been draftified since it passed an AfD. I'll move it back to mainspace. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 02:31, 2 June 2022 (UTC)
