Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a general forum[edit]

We receive spam and advertisements phrased as "questions" pretty often.

If that is not the purpose of your account, you could try asking your question one last time at Wikipedia:Reference desk/Language without mentioning the company name. If you mention the company name again, I will have to assume that your intention in registering for this site was to spread the name as much as possible.
