Blocked as a sockpuppet

Semi protect my talk page

An IP sock-troll came to post unblock request on my talk page. I filed SPI against him in the past. Semi-protect my talk page and my user page also indefinitely. The IP geolocates to Moscow.

@Boing! said Zebedee: Please semi-protect my talk page and user page indefinitely. --The Avengers 16:05, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see any need for an IP to edit here with the account blocked, so I have done as you request. 16:10, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
@Boing! said Zebedee: I am 99% sure that the IP belongs to User:Никита-Родин-2002. You can file SPI or ask a check user. I had reported him in past. He is the only Russian sock master I ever came across. The Avengers 16:14, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think they're probably best ignored, to be honest. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 16:15, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

The Avengers (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

First of all, I can never access the CosmicEmperor account. I don't remember the password and the registered email is deleted. You can check cosmicemperor1@gmail.com which was deleted in July 2015.

I need administrators permission to edit only articles related to Cinema of India. There are many paid editors and spammers editing here. Wikipedia don't need me to deal with obvious vandals, trolls and spammers. But there are many paid editors who are posing as good faith editors. They make many constructive edits, and in between make some promotional edits. I have the experience to deal with paid editors and promotional/spammers posing as good faith editors.

I promise that I will not edit any other topics. I will not vote in RFAs, post comments in user talk pages, ANI discussion. I will not not edit any article unrelated to "Indian entertainment articles."

I know, that administrators can't unblock check user block, so I request those Check users who had interacted with CosmicEmperor/The Avengers to review this unblock request.

The Avengers 05:04, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The problem here is that, as pointed out below, you were strenuously denying any connection with the CosmicEmperor account at the SPI investigation, and your admitting now that your denial was untrue and that it really was you makes it very hard to trust anything you say in this unblock request - you must surely understand that it can look to others as if you'll say whatever you think might get you unblocked, regardless of the truth?

At this point, I suggest a Standard offer is your best hope of unblock - but even after that, an unblock is not guaranteed, and a checkuser review would still be needed. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:54, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Extended content
  • Continuously and unrepentantly lying about not being CE at your SPI is not exactly consistent with this unblock request. You continued to contest that you were not him. Now you want an admin to unblock you with the excuse that you can not access that account? It's a really bad excuse. --lTopGunl (talk) 08:59, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • I am not going to revert your comment. But you can ask a check user, when was the last time CosmicEmperor actually logged in. You can also ask arbitrators which is the registered E-Mail of CosmicEmperor. After that use gmail to login as cosmicemperor1. You will get the red message, Sorry, Google doesn't recognize that email. I have deleted the E-Mail in July. The Avengers 09:13, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That's the issue. You don't negate your sock puppetry. Having been CU confirmed, it does not matter wheather CE had not logged in (or can not log in). Even without my comment a CU knows that. My comment was at you that this doesn't do. --lTopGunl (talk) 09:16, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever the issue, I can never login with CosmicEmperor account. Indefinite block is not infinite. You can stop me for some time, but not forever. The Avengers 09:24, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
That your misunderstanding of WP:Blocking policy. If you intend to wait and then get unblocked only to come back with your POV pushing, trolling and stalking editors and / or making blanket accusations against long term editors like you did with your CE account, the "wait" will have no meaning. Secondly, socking is even more of a "no no". Regardless, we can not tell if you actually dont have access to that account and have not intentionally deleted the email account even if this mattered some how. --lTopGunl (talk) 09:26, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Came back to troll and stalk whom??????? It's very natural to forget password if it's difficult password and you don't login for months. Yes I intentionally deleted that email as I won't be able to reset my password through registered E-mail and I will never be able to login as CosmicEmperor. The Avengers 09:35, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Perhaps if rollback/pending changes permissions were removed and the editor agreed to go through mentorship as well as the self-imposed conditions above a CU would agree to unblock and give the editor some WP:ROPE? -- samtar whisper 09:05, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Samtar, if you check out the level of trolling at his SPI and the reason for his original block, you might want to reconsider even that opinion: Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/CosmicEmperor/Archive. --lTopGunl (talk) 09:08, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
In that SPI you made a comment about administrator shopping. No one was blocking me, I emailed three administrators GorillaWarfare, Mike V, Anna Frodesiak the truth. Still they were not blocking me. After that I emailed oversight as mentioned by Mike V. Your proofs were not enough to block me, if i had not accepted. The Avengers 09:18, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No SPI administrator negated my points but anyway, emailing in private while trolling in public will not instill anymore confidence in anyone. --lTopGunl (talk) 09:21, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Then why I was not getting blocked by any administrator before my emails? The Avengers 09:25, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
WP:SOUP at the SPI? Anyway, let's see what your reviewing admin has to say. --lTopGunl (talk) 09:30, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Reviewing administrator may not unblock me right now, As I said indefinite block is not infinite. The Avengers 09:34, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • I thought TopGun will support The Avengers because somewhere he is supporting another sock puppeteer. But TopGun has different stand here, maybe his mood changes with different socks. But my stand is same on both sockpuppeteers, both should try for six month standard offer and should not repeat such sock puppetry in future. --Human3015TALK  17:14, 27 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • If Mar4d reverts comments from his talk page, it's his talk page right. If I revert comment then I am not following talk page guidelines. He supports Mar4d but is obsessed with my talk page. Still administrators remain silent and watch like mute spectators. He accuses others of POV pushing. Doesn't he has his own POV in supporting Mar4d and accusing me? • Note Archive or don't archive; remove or don't remove; you have that freedom as long as the discussion context is preserved. You're also free to unbox this discussion and continue the discussion but as far as I can tell, both sides have demonstrated hostility in form of accusations and bad faith. If the discussion does continue then further measures may need to be taken, but do not expect them to be one sided. I personally recommend to simply let this die and not speak to each other. Help me!

Please help me with...Though it may not help me much, but still I request administrators to remove the false/wrong taggings from these accounts:

  • User:Gta1077 tagged by Favonian for God knows what reason. Favonian is an administrator not a Check User. I can't see any edit from this account.

Check users who are active in SPIs will confirm that I didn't create these accounts.

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

Hello, The Avengers. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
