I am translating from some language, though I know no you ..., to ... and he ... in other languages, they are different and I haven't translated them. So I am not translating long articles, for translating articles from other categories, I am not. Even though my foreign languages is improving on those that I first learned. Will Pumpie be unblocked? A different page but the same IP and computer as Pumpie's, this page is not my property

This is not my user page, even though it uses the same IP address as Pumpie's, this user page belongs to my cousin. The page needs to be unblocked since it belongs to my cousin. When it is unblocked, The Slam Dunker will be unblocked. My cousin is requesting that SuperSmartPumpie is also to be unblocked, it is a page that is not allowed to be edit but to be unblocked, it does not have the right to edit an article or that user is to be blocked. Since it is connected with Pumpie who is blocked. When The Slam Dunker and SuperSmartPumpie is unblocked, Pumpie can still be blocked along with Funkariffic2. The Slam Dunker's page does not belong to Pumpie, it is belong to my Cousins. Thinking that Funkariffic2 is connected to Pumpie as a sock puppet, it is not. Funkariffic2 is not a sock puppet and Funkariffic2's page does not belong to Pumpie, Funkariffic2's page belong to someone else. For my friend Funkariffic2, even it uses the same IP address and the same computer and writes the same subject (Achaia, Ilia, Etoloakarnania, and some other places), the page does not belong to Pumpie and is not a sock puppet of Pumpie. Funkariffic2 is a separate page that does not belong to Pumpie. Funkariffic2 is not a sock puppet of Pumpie and it belongs to someone else. The Slam Dunker and SuperSmartPumpie is likely to be unblocked. This is my cousin's page and also uses this computer. The SuperSmartPumpie is no longer Pumpie's page, it now belongs to someone else and the user page has no right to edit an article or its section, that is only used to read. With my cousin's pinky solution, SuperSmartPumpie now belongs to my cousin's and the page has no right to edit an article or its section. My cousin agrees that SuperSmartPumpie (my cousin's page) can be unblocked but any single page saving of an edited article and an edited section of an article is subject to be blocked after the third edit (Strike 3 program).
