Proposed deletion of Mihai Manitiu

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Mihai Manitiu, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Doesn't seem notable. How can his contributions be considered significant when only one of his papers has yet been published. Wikipedia is not for CVs
