Hello, my name is Howicus. Via this page [1] I saw the question you asked User:Plastikspork. To tell if a user is an admin or not, take a look at their user page. Especially look for this userbox Template:User wikipedia/Administrator. If a user has this box, they're almost certainly an admin, but you can click "verify" just to make sure. Hope this helps!
