Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Unfortunately I have noticed that you added a press release to an article as if it were a reliable medical source.[1] Please take a look and see what counts as a legitmate medical source. Thanks. Biosthmors (talk) 20:10, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

User accounts[edit]

FYI if you are the same editor as ChiTownMed (talk · contribs) you should probably take a look at the information at Wikipedia:Sock puppetry. Biosthmors (talk) 20:29, 22 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

July 2012[edit]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you.

See also WP:COI in case it might apply. --Ronz (talk) 15:53, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It definitely applies. Biosthmors (talk) 22:09, 5 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Problematic edits[edit]

Please, do not use news reports as sources for medical information. They are not reliable medical sources.[2] If you continue to use unreliable sources you may be blocked from editing. Biosthmors (talk) 16:51, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

We need reliable medical sources, not unsourced promotion[edit]

I reverted your edit because it had 1) no reliable sources and 2) promotional language such as "innovative". These types of edits are inappropriate. Is there something you don't understand about Wikipedia you need explained? Biosthmors (talk) 20:40, 2 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Venowave[edit]

Per Wikipedia:Deletion_policy#Redirection, I reverted my change to the article. You may want to help establish notability (per WP:GNG/WP:CORP) at Talk:Venowave. I don't see notability, thus the tag on the article. Please also see this discussion. Also, have you looked over WP:COI yet? Biosthmors (talk) 22:03, 5 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've asked others to discuss this as you can see at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Medicine#Input_appreciated_at_venowave. Biosthmors (talk) 20:20, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
