Symphony in D minor (Bruckner)

Dear,

As I already let you know on the French Wikipedia, I disagree with the (retro-)redirection to Symphony No. 0 (Bruckner) for the following reasons:

• The official name is Symphony in D minor (German: Symphonie d-Moll). "No. 0" or "Die Nullte" (German) are nicknames. See, e.g., Anton Bruckner Critical Complete Edition or Bruckner's discography.
• Moreover, numbering it as "No. 0" is not correct, for the following reasons:
  • The number "0" was not assigned by the composer. Bruckner had nullified the symphony and put a "ø" on the front page of the manuscript. This "ø" was rendered later (wrongly) as a "No. 0".
  • Chronologically "No. 0" is not correct, because this symphony was composed in 1869, i.e., between Symphony No. 1 (1866) and Symphony No. 2 (1872).

Merge done easily for the French version.

Merge now also done for the English version. Hopefully I did it properly, because the procedure is different and more complicate than that of the French Wikipedia.

For the Dutch Wikipedia it is (again) another procedure which I apparenty may not do by myself. I have asked for the help of a moderator. NB: I have to do the same for the Dutch page Symfonie nr. 00 (Bruckner) I have also moved improperly to Studiesymfonie in f mineur (Bruckner).

I will try to move the other language versions, if I am authorised to do so.

Because of local policy of the Spanish Wikipedia, the administrator does not agree to change the title "Sinfonía n.º 0 (Bruckner)" to "Sinfonía en re menor (Bruckner)" despite my (I think) sound arguments to do so. What should be the category explanation according to you? Since there are many film articles ambiguously categorised as Films scored by Artist, though the artist had just composed one or two songs in the soundtrack album of the film in question. Harsh Rathod 13:20, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
