Proposed deletion of Vijay Kumar Aggarwal[edit]

The article Vijay Kumar Aggarwal has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article must not be deleted as topic has significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. Please stop. Wikipedia is not censored. Any further changes which have the effect of censoring an article will be regarded as vandalism.
