A tag has been placed on Daniel O'Neill (Actor) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from imdb.com/name/nm0642130/bio. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Daniel O'Neill (Actor). If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Dat GuyTalkContribs 11:39, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • At the bottom of the page you copied the text from it says "Copyright © 2009 by Demirdjian Enterprises Inc. All rights reserved". And even if it didn't, it would still be considered a copyrighted work unless it was explicitly released under a suitable reuse license. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:59, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • I also note you said, about Daniel O'Neill, "As his Personal Assistant i am trying to correctly create this wikipedia page". Please have a read of Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines at WP:COI before you make any more contributions, and please be sure to follow them. Blocked[edit]

Here you said "i am Daniel O'Neill", signed it with "Daniel O'Neill & Charlotte (Personal Assistant)", and at the talk page of the deleted article you identified as "Personal Assistant". You can't be both, and Wikipedia accounts must not be shared by multiple people, so I have blocked this account indefinitely.

I'm also very doubtful that you are who you say you are, as I'd expect a genuine personal assistant to be more literate and not make so many grammar mistakes, and also to understand copyright and not violate the copyright of others.

If you with to appeal this block, you can do so by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} on your user talk page, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:12, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
