Thanks for your correction, and welcome to Wikipedia! The page's misspelling is actually due to the fact that it was cataloged that way by the National Archives. On Commons, we prefer to faithfully represent all archival descriptive metadata from the contributing institution, rather than fixing it ourselves. Instead, we can actually report errors to the National Archives, and they will fix their catalog records, (and then our pages will be updated accordingly). Let me know if you have any trouble.
