Formatting[edit]

Hey there. Just a few notes on some recent album articles you worked on. Example: Blues for Myself.

  • A "studio" infobox parameter exists, for putting the studio in separate from the recording date. Venue for live albums.
  • "All compositions by Cedar Walton except as indicated" should be un-italicized and say "except where noted". This per the album style guide: WP:MOSALBUM

@Jennica:

Hey Jennica, thanks for your input. I will definitely utilize the studio infobox going forward! However, I don't find the album style guide strongly prescriptive of wording or even italicization in the relevant section. Further, in my experience the italicized "except where indicated" is the prevalent style across wikipedia, and seems a fine approach.
