Um yah I've lived through all these years too and I agree that they've highlighted worthy songs, they're just missing a lot! I know news is essential but this is VH1! Yes, each year should have news events highlighted, but look at 05. Almost all of the things they talk about are news! It wouldn't be that bad if 05 wasn't such a HUGE year for music and culture. Emo pretty much started in 05 and the closest they got to covering that was with the fauxhawk! And don't tell me Hollaback girl wasn't that huge. People are still spelling bananas. Yes I want the news stories but I want more than just news stories. The show wouldn't be any fun if it didn't have news or music. And in 05 they didn't really have music.
