As it's a BLP all images have to be uploaded to Commons, which only accepts free images under the CC-BY-SA-3.0 license so you have to have taken the image yourself. See commons:Special:UploadWizard. Thanks, Tom29739 ^[talk] 21:03, 7 February 2016 (UTC).
