Hello. This account was set up by me as a representative of the company that has since been declared defunct. It was created so that we could create and edit an entry on one of our products (which still continues to exist as a separate entity irrespective of the company. Replaceable fair use File:UK_PM_Jag_13_05_2010.jpg

I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. I have written a brief rationale for its use, and as soon as a free (and better quality) image can be found, I will use that and this should be deleted. I've written to Downing Street (although I'm not holding out for a reply) about whether a higher quality image could be uploaded to Flickr and used rather than a BBC screenshot. After much thought, I have deleted the image. If a free-use image becomes available, then that could be used - but perhaps at the moment, just use File:Jaguar XJ X351.jpg with a caption along the lines of "Jaguar XJ X351 similar to the version used by David Cameron"? -- PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 06:47, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

Manhattan Project

Thanks for your changes to Manhattan Project. I was unsure as to whether "Britain" or "United Kingdom" was the correct way to refer to your country. Since you live there, I'm blaming you taking your word for it. Hawkeye7 (talk) 05:54, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

Either is fair to use, but I thought that as you'd already used "United States" to refer to the USA, I'd use "United Kingdom" for uniformity across the section. And don't worry, I will happily shoulder the blame inevitable gratification which comes from it. TomB123 (talk) 19:03, 9 March 2011 (UTC)

Northern Ireland

Just a heads-up with rgds to your edit on the first sentence of the NI article – I guarantee it's going to get reverted. Unfortunately a vocal minority on Wikipedia oppose to using the term "country" on its own to refer to Northern Ireland, so that's the way the intro was the way it was. Strange, I wouldn't have thought rephrasing from "one of the four countries of the United Kingdom" to "a country that is part of the United Kingdom" would be too contentious. Oh well, if it does, it does. TomB123 (talk) 20:50, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

You don't edit Northern Ireland-related articles very much, do you? ;) The issue some people have is that saying a "country that is part of..." implies it's a country in its own right, which they disagree with.
