September 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Intelati. I noticed that you recently made an edit to List of United States federal courthouses in Rhode Island that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, intelati/talk 01:30, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

WP:FILE will give you all the information you will need. Feel free to use my sandbox if you would like. Hope you stick around. --intelati/talk 01:43, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use artificial spacing to make images lay out right. There are plenty of resources you can consult to make the images appear correctly without introducing unnecessary spacing. Also, do not use screenshots of templates in place of the actual editable template. bd2412 T 18:30, 7 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm SkyWarrior. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Petersburg City Hall, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Duplicate article[edit]

I believe you will be aware by now that the page you created on U.S. Custom House & Post Office, Petersburg, VA actually duplicates an existing particle (see Petersburg City Hall). I propose that the former page is blanked and turned into a WP:REDIRECT to Petersburg City Hall. The detailed historic content on your new page looks great and should be merged into it, along with the images you uploaded. However, please only add factual statements if you can back them up with inline citations to sources that support them. You may well have spent a lifetime researching these topics, but everyone else needs to be able to follow statements back to the reliable, third party sources. Unreferenced statements tend to get immediately deleted, as I think you've found out. I'm sure you understand. If you need any further help or advice, either reply here or on my own Talk Page. General questions can also be asked at the WP:TEAHOUSE, and do get quick responses. Regards from the UK, Nick Moyes (talk) 10:31, 12 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
