Mandy Jiroux[edit]

Unfortunately, the topic of an article on Mandy has already been discussed, and it has been determined that she isn't notable enough to create an independent article on. "Miley Cyrus's best friend" just isn't a particularly important thing to have done.—Kww(talk) 17:55, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Demi Lovato[edit]

Ive seen her Artical and I really Don't know alot about her just that she is an actor and a artist, and im not that good at the whole editing thing so yeah:) yeah she does rock :) DemiLovatoWishes (talk) 21:09, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Amanda Jiroux[edit]

A tag has been placed on Amanda Jiroux requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. If you have any questions, please contact me at my talk page. Ian Manka 08:58, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Nintendo task force membership update[edit]

It's that time again to update membership status with the Nintendo task force, which we try to do every 3-4 months to keep our membership up-to-date.

All participants have been placed on an "Inactive participants" list. To confirm that you're still a member of the Nintendo task force, simply go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Nintendo#Members and move your name from the "Inactive participants" list to the bottom of the "Active participants" list. If you are no longer an active member in the task force, you may simply remove your name altogether. After 1 month, on October 1, all entries under the "Inactive participants" list will be removed. Hopefully you can stay with us and continue to work on Nintendo-related articles. Regards, MuZemike 18:01, 1 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
