Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to List of demonyms for U.S. states has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Demonyms[edit]

Hi Tradecar. I just wanted to let you know that I reverted your change to List of demonyms for U.S. states. A new demonym needs a source, simply because the page would be pretty unsustainble without that limit. I can't find a source that supports the claim, though it's tough as the Animal Planet show confounds a lot of the search results. In theory, the fact that Animal Planet named their show that should be some indication that someone, somewhere has written about Louisianans being called "gator boys", but I can't find it.
