Blazon edit for Zulu flag[edit]

I saw your edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=International_maritime_signal_flags&diff=prev&oldid=1116039527 . I am a rank blazonry amateur and I am unable to find a definitive statement on the internet for the ordering of a saltire in four different tinctures. I was hoping you could point me to a source for that, or at least explain how the order for this drops out of the general ordering rules.
