I see you have recently re-created this article. It was speedily deleted only a few minutes ago.
It is identical to article created by Ritvikvikasmishra (talk · contribs). I suspect that you are the same person that created the article. Please do not use multiple Wikipedia accounts.

While I am a Wikipedia administrator, I am also editor who is particularly interested in

topics related to India; and,
biographies of academics.

I would be happy to help you write an article about Vikas Mishra that meets Wikipedia's guidelines and policies.
