PHOTONICS4LIFE[edit]

I will shortly be moving PHOTONICS4LIFE to Photonics4Life. An article title rendered in all capital letters screams of self-promotion. The question that must be asked is, would a story about this subject in a reliable source (e.g., BBC, scholarly journals) render the name in all capitals or not? From checking the references/links you provided in the article as well as a quick Google search, the institution primarily renders its name in all caps or all lower case (not a reliable source as far as policy is concerned); while reliable sources render it in camel case. The article Photonics4Life has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Ephemeral project. No independent sources. Does not meet WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
