A tag has been placed on US Night Vision, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising, you may contest the tagging. To do this, please add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. CobaltBlueTony 15:36, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

    • Sorry, the company's annual report is not an independent source. And the fact that the company is "your client" is still a conflict of interest violation. I'd suggest you stop posting the article, whether in article space or on your user page. NawlinWiki 16:55, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re:edit to our user page[edit]

How then do you explain the use of ATN's reference under night vision. I am confused. If I am trying to sell my company I have much better places to do this. I am only looking to make sure that the additions we bring are referenced by a expert source. In I have been asked by my client to do this. It is not my company. Thanks for your input and direction.USNV WEB 16:34, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You edited your user page, not the article. - CobaltBlueTony 16:49, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

US Night Vision again[edit]

Please refrain from creating inappropriate pages. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Don't just keep posting this unchanged or you may be blocked from editing. Whatever this bank reference is, it doesn't appear to be verifiable. NawlinWiki 20:10, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please look at Wikipedia:Verifiability. You keep telling me that this company is important, but you're not a reliable source. All you've done is cite (without a link) some unknown report from a bank. If this company is really notable, you're going to have to find independent sources showing it. If there are other articles on companies that should be deleted because their subjects aren't notable or because they cite no sources, let me know. NawlinWiki 16:19, 4 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
