Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from articles you created, as you did at Forum Ice. The notice clearly lays out the correct steps for you to follow. I have deleted the article since it clearly does not assert notability. We have a clear guideline for what notability means for web content, which you can read here: WP:WEB. In particular note the criteria that determine if a website is notable or not. If you feel Forum Ice meets one or more of these criteria you are welcome to recreate the article, but please make sure you cite suitable reliable sources that show how it meets the criteria.
