Proposed deletion of Boyukagha Azimov

The article Boyukagha Azimov has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No significant coverage in reliable sources, systematic bias might be to blame, but the az.wiki article also doesn't seem to add much more information as to why this person is a notable scientist.
