Re: your message on my talk page[edit]

I read the edit summary of the reversion of my reversion and took that as a positive sign that the edit was in good faith and not vandalism (as it appeared to me at first). I did not revert the second insertion for that reason. You may want to contact the editors that reverted your edit after you had put it back. I think it was a good idea that your registered an account as well. I'll take your word that you were editing in good faith. No worries here and I hope you do not take my reversion personally. Welcome to Wikipedia and good luck with your future editing. Tiderolls 03:15, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I saw the sequence of edits via a summary of edits by new accounts. I've looked at the edits you made, before registering, to Polygamy, and I agree with your changes. I went back to the cited source, which supports polygyny as the most common of the three practices. Not sure what drew the warnings, other than it being such an unusual term that it looked like vandalism by changing spelling.
Also, thank you for inquiring of the two editors who reverted in such a polite manner. It makes things so much smoother when everybody's civil. Finally, if there's anything I can do to help you out, feel free to leave a message on my talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 03:19, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
