Speedy deletion of Chad Lewis (paranormal investigator)

Regarding Chad Lewis image

Hello, you recently uploaded an image (Image:Chad lewis wiki 01.jpg) and tagged it as both non-free and public domain. If it really is free to use, it doesn't need the non-free tag or a fair use rationale. If it's non-free, it doesn't need the public domain tag. Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
