Thanks for email. Please note that removing the block notification does not remove the block, as you probably now realise. If you wish to appeal the block, the instructions are in the block notice. I won't consider the appeal myself, because that is not fair on you.

I blocked you because you are promoting your new country and using a forbidden user name, but it could just as easily have been for disruptive editing through creating hoax articles and making silly edits to other articles.

To be unblocked you will need to show that you are here to make constructive edits, not play silly games. Also not that although you are entitled to remove messages from this page, removing block notices and other warnings does not suggest good faith editing.
